To kick of todays post, i would like to congratulate my bestie , for getting 1st place in the merdeka traditional wear.She deserves it, trully based on my obsservation she only had one rival.haha but lucky for that person she got second place and as for me i got third.Next thursday we would be going to PJ to get our winnings.
It was very hectic week.Basically it all started on monday when i decide that i wanted to take part.I came home and tried out my costume so since i can still fit, i decided i would take part.Actually to tell u all the truth i took part in this for my bestie, she said we never take part in anything togather, so therefor, to make her happy, i went along with the idea at the last minute.
So on tuesday she tells me there is a something wrong with her outfit, yup so we go down to Kajang to get her the outfit,gone there kena saman,so shit.......next day go there again,but this time i got smarter,so nvr kena saman......haha.
So came back to Sungai Long drop her of to saloon and i went to campus to check the progress being made by the organizing committee . At a glance i feel they are a bit unorganized but everything has its first time so therefor, i willing to let it go of their mistake.
Turning to actually event itself i seriously feel that they did good job pulling it off.So salutes to committee and all those helper that made this event a success.Not to forget the judge for their dedication of time and our photographer friend Gary and his friend.

I was really nice to take part in this event.i will remember it for the rest of my life.
Today is Malaysians 52nd independence day.To me i am proud to be Malaysian,I believe being a third world country,we have manage to achieve alot compared to others.We have the best of everything.

I dont know abt the others , but my personal favorite is Tun Mahathir,i respect and adore his wisdom of courage and leadership.if it was not for him i think we would be still planting bananas and chili at the back out homes.
He is the one whom brought the country to the knowledge the world. i only have this to say to him, if ever u need anything , pls look for me i am willing to do anything for u.
2.Buildings and infrastructure.
We have the most unique infrastructure be it the SMART tunnel, or the Petronas Twin -Towers. We have it all,infact i am right we the only country that has its own city for public administration.So that show our dedication on what we have.
3. Culture
We have Malays,Chinese,Indians,Punjabis,and much more other, despite all the differences between all the cultures we still go on to be one and tolerate to each.Al tough they are cases of racial misunderstanding and conflicts, but then again those groups are juz opportunist and they dont even make up 1% of the total 28 million population .
4.Finally the food,
Malaysia is trully blessed with food , we have a variety here. We can nasi lemak for breakfast,Chicken Rice for lunch,"Kopi JANTAN" for tea, Indian food for dinner, and finally, MAMAK for supper.Well food in plenty who care if u eat healthy or not, as long as we all can eat what ever we want, ofcourse term and conditions apply.hehe.
And i think that is all for this post. I really enjoyed my Merdeka week.
